2018 until now – Fisheries data analyst: French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development – Ifremer Sète
Administration, validation and exploitation of the French tropical tuna fishery data (Indian and Atlantic Oceans).
Results: collaboration in the coordination of data calls addressed to IRD by the DGAMPA or the EU DG Mare. Improvement of data processing/qualification/validation processes necessary for expertise. Participation in RFMOs working groups and associated stock assessments. Contribution to DCMAP meetings. Contribution to European projects (leader WP2-5 project RECOLAPE MARE/2016/22, co-leader WP1-3 project FishNCo MARE/2020/08 and involved in the project SecWeb MARE/2020/08). Involvement in the regional coordination group on large pelagics.
2016 to 2018 – Database management: Montpellier Cancer Institute – Montpellier
Creation, administration and management of databases for clinical trials in oncology.
Results: use of Ennov Clinical software. Case Report Form design (CRF and eCRF design) according to current standards. Writing of data entry guides. Programming of validation plans / inconsistency tests. Issuance/integration of Data Clarification Forms (DCF). Coding via the MEDDRA dictionary. Development of SAS programs to automate and optimize certain tasks/controls. Participation in the ISO 9001 quality certification process.
2015 to 2016 – Project engineer: French Marine Protected Areas Agency – Port-Vendres
Conceptualization and operationalization of indicators for the different themes and management orientations of the Gulf of Lion Marine Natural Park.
Results: Construction of a database for the Agency (pilot project) and training of staff in data storage and administration procedures, development of methodological supports to guide the development of indicators, remodelling of the Park's dashboard, construction and testing of indicators in situ.
2014 to 2015 – Statistician engineer: Ifremer Laboratory of Fisheries Biology – Brest
Analysis, processing and provision of transverse variables (capacity, fishing effort and landings) for all the different actions of Ifremer's Fisheries Information System.
Results: improvement and automation of ObsDEB sampling plans, optimization of extrapolations (integration of sampling probabilities, specification of an export format, data extraction from Harmony). Creation of procedures for analysis, control and statistical validation of data. Programming of algorithms, in particular to proceed to the adjustment of a sample.
2014 – Webdesigner & Data-manager: VIVAGRI’R – Rennes
Creation of the customer file and website of the company (specialized in entomology and biological control).
Results: implementation of a customer/order search engine and website.
2013 – Research Officer: SupAgro – Montpellier
Carrying out statistical analyses of a nutrition study.
Results: writing a statistical report for a scientific article (Grefeuille & al. 2015).
2013 – Research Officer: Agency for Marine Research and Development – La Réunion
Definition of bio-indicators to assess coral reef health status (stage).
Results: construction of a database and production of a scientific article (Zubia & al. 2018).
2012 – Research Officer: Languedoc-Roussillon Environment/Resources Laboratory – Ifremer Sète
Elaboration of a synthesis on management and integrated management of the coastal zone (internship).
Results: realization of a communication document.
2011 – Responsible for the creation of a database: Association A.I.L.E.R.O.N.S – Montpellier
Design of a database on elasmobranches of the French Mediterranean Sea (internship).
Results: setting up the database and creating a system for monitoring and integrating future observations.
